Our Story

Flexify Desktop was born from firsthand experience. Working with enterprise contact centers, we saw the same problems over and over: agents missing calls because browser notifications failed, connections dropping at the worst moments, IT teams struggling with deployment at scale.

We knew there had to be a better way. So we built it.
